A RockStar Day

7:00 – 8:30 Rock it Solid! Wake-up Workout & Call to ACTION.

8:30 – 9:30 Breakfast

9:30 – 12:30 Rock it Bold! Outdoor activity including (but not limited to):  stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, mountain hike, snorkeling (scuba-diving).

12:30 – 4:30 Free to be me time! Lounge on the beach, take in the sights, disco nap or indulge in a spa treatment.

5:30 – Rock it Supple! Yoga & Abs on the beach.

7:00 – Dinner

8:00 – Rock it Sexy! RockStar Training including (but not limited to): dance lesson, drumming, dress-up… strutting YOUR stuff.

Pricing: $1900 (flights to Roatan are provided through Continental, Delta, American & Taca)

Pricing based on double occupancy.  Add $300 for single room.  Add $150 for ocean-view balcony room.

Teresa Marchese

A motivator and inspirer by nature and trade, Teresa Marchese is the founder of Rock Solid Fitness and Wellness, a San Francisco based Women’s Health Club. After years of working a high-powered “real job” where she got dressed up and wore high heels, Teresa went back to school and earned a law degree.   The challenge of staying healthy and fit during law school motivated Teresa to start a business where it was required that she does so.  The last decade has seen her become an expert in fitness, nutrition, body cleansing and detoxification, and overall wellness practices.   Her goal is to empower women to lead extraordinary lives – to take their health into their own hands, and walk the world with strength, courage, power, beauty, and passion.

An avid traveler and adventurer, Teresa seeks out her current location’s most scenic trails, beaches, roads and waves, and incorporates them into her workout routines.

Teresa and her programs have been featured in Health Magazine, Sunset magazine, the San Francisco Chronicle, KRON 4 news in San Francisco, MSNBC.com and CNN.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I have read and agree to the above conditions and authorize to charge my credit card in and to secure my reservation, and I understand that $500.00 of this payment is non-refundable.   Please process my payment in order to confirm my reservation.

$500 is required to secure your reservation, of which $500.00 is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 10 days or less of arrival are 100% non refundable. In case of an emergency we will do our best to apply your payment towards future travel with Rock Solid.

Rock Solid, their employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, does not own or operate any entity which provides goods or services for your trip including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, food service providers, equipment suppliers, etc. As a result, Rock Solid is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any other third party.
I hereby agree to be responsible for my own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.

I hereby release and discharge Rock Solid from and against any and all liability from my participation in the trip. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally and all members of my family.

NOTICE
In case of cancellation due to a natural disaster, such as a hurricane, all payments will be applied to a future retreat/stay, to be scheduled within one year of canceled retreat/stay. There are no refunds for natural disasters. Credit only.
